You can pay with various bank transfer options that will be offered to you at checkout after the shipping costs have been calculated. If you’d prefer to pay in instalments, you can choose the option that suits you best from the flexible payment options available via Klarna or PayPal at checkout. You are responsible for any customs and import taxes your country may charge. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
SHIPPING
The shipping costs have been carefully calculated in cooperation with my shipping company and are made up of the following factors: image size, volumetric weight, packaging material, sum insured and, if needed, export documents.
Artworks up to 80x100 cm will be shipped ready to hang, artworks above that size will be shipped rolled and then need to be stretched back on canvas. There are specialty shops that do this for an affordable price. This handling is more environmentally friendly & cost-effective for larger paintings. If the artwork you wish to purchase is larger than 80x100 cm and you prefer it ready to hang, please contact me here before buying and I will send you a separate info about the shipping cost. In case of loss or damage during shipping, please contact me here or via e-mail as soon as your parcel has arrived/seems to be missing.
Delivery times may vary depending on packaging requirements, destination country, and administrative and customs procedures, and therefore cannot always be specified in advance. Thank you for your understanding. I will do my best to ensure that your new artwork arrives as soon as possible. If I am not in my studio in Berlin for a period of time, I will contact you within 48 hours and let you know the estimated delivery time.
RETURN · EXCHANGE POLICY
It is very important to me that you are completely satisfied with your new artwork and that you enjoy it. If, for any reason, you wish to return the artwork, please let me know by email or via the contact form within 14 days of receipt.
Please do not return any items without contacting me FIRST by email at mail@linda.lu. I will get back to you as soon as possible and provide you with the return address and instructions.
Detailed Information Return & Exchange
You shall be entitled to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you and who is not the carrier have or has taken the goods in possession. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must notify us of your resolution to revoke the contract by means of an unequivocal declaration, for example by email or post, sent to: mail@linda.lu

The revocation period shall be deemed complied with if you dispatch the notice on the exercise of the right of revocation before expiration of the revocation period.
Consequences of Revocation
Should you revoke this contract, we shall repay to you all payments which we have received from you, including the cost of delivery, except additional costs resulting from your election of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Such repayment shall be made without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received the notice on the revocation of the contract. For such repayment we shall use the same means of payment which you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise. You shall not be charged any fees whatsoever in respect of such repayment.
We may reject repayment until we receive back the goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall return the goods without delay and in no event later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. NOTE: For customer outside the EU – we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost
The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
For digital products such as audio or video files, the right of revocation expires once the download or streaming has started, provided the customer has expressly agreed to this before execution of the contract.
